The Italian restaurant “Fonconi” (formerly “Fosco”) is located in the center of Sumy, near Pokrovskaya Square. Under the arch is hidden from the street noise Italian courtyard with a fountain and a summer terrace. The main hall is located in the old basement with stone vaults. European cuisine in the author’s performance of the chef: steaks from marbled veal, carpaccio with parmesan cheese with balsamic sauce, foie gras and other European culinary masterpieces. The pride of the institution “Fonconi” is a wine cellar, where the wines of France, Italy, Spain and the New World.
